My First Halloween!

For my first Halloween, Mommy and Daddy dressed me up as a sweet pea (that's the closest they could come to a green bean, i guess). Before Dad got home from work, Mom took me to Tiff and John's and Trish and Regan's to show me off and to take them cookies that we baked together! Then we met Dad, Cara, Aaron, and Cam (Elvis) & Amy, Dave, and Jack (Baby Bird) at the Heartland Event Center. Check out some pics of my evening. As you can see by the last one, I was ready to call it a night! I did have a lot of fun though, and I thought my heartbreaker friends looked awfully cool! Hope you all had a fun night too! I'm 12 Weeks Old!

Believe it or not, I'm already 12 weeks old! I'm getting really good at smiling and I'm even trying out laughter. It's easy to giggle a little when Mommy gets singing "Shake, shake, shake! Shake, shake, shake! Shake your rattle, Shake your rattle!" When I got weighed a week ago, I was 15 lbs. 6 oz., so I'm sure I've hit the 16 lb. mark at the rate I'm growin'!!! I'm starting to get this thing called sleeping down...I have a new found respect for something called naps. I never knew that I'd feel so much better after a 2 hour nap vs. my little 45 minute naps. I'm also trying to give my parents more sleep by occasionally attempting 7 hour stretches at night! I think they appreciate that! And my newest feat...getting my hands into my mouth without a problem. Man, those things are nummy!!

I'm looking forward to moving to our new house in Lincoln. We get to move there on November 10...Mom and Dad are excited to finally put together a nursery for me! Dad has been driving to Lincoln everyday for his job. He really loves his new job and the people he's working with. He doesn't love the commute and the extra time away from Mommy and me!

The Greenwoods in Da Hood!

I'm 2 months old!

I know this is a little late, but my parents have been keeping me busy. On October 6, I turned 2 months old. I spent my 2 month b-day in Lincoln searching for a house with my parents since my dad took a job at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center...he starts on October 16th! I also got to hang out with my Uncle Jacob! Believe it or not, Mom didn't have the batteries fully charged on the camera, so she didn't get a pic of me with him. I know he has a couple of us on his camera phone...maybe you could send those my way Uncle Jay!

On Monday, I had an appointment with Dr. Steinke...it was there that I endured my first shots! I screamed and Mom cried...Dad held it together for our sakes! I am now a whopping 14 lbs. 4.5 oz (95th%) and 23 1/2 inches long (75th%).
