Playing with my truck

Greetings from the Inside!

Well, it's taken over 16 weeks, but I have finally convinced my big brother to share his blog with me! So, here I am...Green Bean II! Mommy is already 16 1/2 weeks pregnant, so here are the 4,8,12, and 16 week pictures in one post. :) I am doing good...growing quickly...I am about the size of an avocado right now. Mommy, Daddy, and Dax have gotten to hear my nice strong heartbeat two times now (174 & 166 beats per minute). On August 7, the day after my big brother turns one, they will get to see me on an ultrasound! So, I'll be back with more of an update in a few weeks! I can't wait to meet each one of you in December!!

Love,
Green Bean II

4 weeks (With the 2 dozen roses from Dad...a dozen for each kiddo!)

8 weeks (This was on Mother's Day, so big bro wanted to be in the shot!)

12 weeks

16 weeks (By our freshly painted living room wall!)

The results of my shopping spree...

I know this is kinda late, but when Uncle Mark came to visit, he brought some cash from Gramma Andrea! She wanted me to get some special things for myself. Mommy, Daddy, and Uncle Mark took me to Toys R' Us for a shopping spree. Here are the toys I got. Thanks Gramma Andrea...I love my new toys!!

My very own lawn mower! Just like Daddy's! ;)

This bouncing zebra is so fun to ride on and stand at.

I get to feed this giraffe the colorful balls that came with him. Sometimes I try to feed him other things and that doesn't work out so well! :)

My FIRST 4th of July!

My first 4th of July was a blast!! Daddy was going to work but surprised us by staying home, so we made lots of plans quickly! We started our morning out at Cracker Barrel for a yummy breakfast...I had a pancake with pears and some of Daddy's hashbrowns! After my morning nap, we decided to go to Mahoney State Park to play at the water park. It was a really hot day, so that was a perfect idea. Lots of people agreed because we had to wait in a huge line when we got there to get in! There was a zero entry pool, a wave pool, and a water playground that I got to enjoy! My second nap was in the car on the way home...Mommy and Daddy drove around and got drinks from Sonic so that I could sleep for a good long time. In the late afternoon, we headed to our neighbors' house for a BBQ. I had a fun time playing with my friend Avery. Mommy and Daddy put me to bed that night as usual, but they got me up about an hour later to go watch the fireworks! While we were driving around to find a spot, Mommy felt my baby bro or sis kick her for the first time! Isn't that exciting? We found a great spot to watch Lincoln's fireworks with our neighbors (Jason, Noel and Avery). We got to sit in the bed of Jason's truck, which worked out swell! I was really tired, but I really enjoyed my first fireworks! And Mommy got to watch some of the fireworks in my eyes, just like Gramps did with her when she was a baby! ;) Hope everyone had as great of a day as I did! Enjoy the slideshow of my day! Hugs and Kisses~~Dax

More Pool Pics...

Going to the pool is quickly becoming a favorite pastime of ours...

A couple more pics of my Uncle Mark and me...

Gymboree!

I got to hang out at Gymboree again! This time I got to crawl around and climb a lot more! Check out the pics of my fun time...

A visit from my pal Rocky!

A couple Saturday's ago, Rocky's Mom and Dad brought him over to play while the adults BBQ'd and conversed! We had lots of fun playing together and stealing toys from one another! Rocky just turned one, so I got him a cool remote control car that we got to play with. And as always, I enjoyed the tissue paper! :)

Putt Putt for the Fun of it!

Did you miss me? Sorry! We couldn't find our cord to hook the camera to the computer, so we couldn't upload any pics! But I'm back now!

Before Uncle Mark left to go home, Daddy wanted to get a game of mini golf in. The nice lady let me have my own golf ball. As you can see in these pics, I was pretty into that idea! Daddy carried me the whole time...maybe that's why Mom beat him so badly! :) I had lots of fun...especially when I got to roll the golf ball down the hill to the hole for Daddy...unfortunately, it wasn't a hole in one!!
