My First Bath...No Fun!

Dax tried to tell me that baths are fun...I really don't agree!! The only part I enjoyed was snuggling up in the cozy, warm towel after the bath!!!

More Hospital Pics...Finally!

Hi Family and Friends!

Sorry we've taken awhile to get more pictures up. It's been a crazy week...I ended up coming home from the hospital with my family last Friday, but I was hooked up to a Wallaby because of Jaundice. Then on Saturday, I had to be readmitted into the hospital because my Bilirubin levels had jumped overnight. I basically sunbathed under the lights for a couple of days until my Bilirubin levels decreased. I returned home on Monday afternoon for good! So, here are a couple pictures from BOTH of my hospital stays.

Mommy got to give me my first bath, with Carol's help, in the big tub. When we were done, Carol helped Daddy dress me while Mom turned on the jets and relaxed!

Then after making it to our postpartum room, Uncle Jacob came up to meet me, and of course he brought my awesome big bro, Dax!!

Playing in the Snow!

It was snowing all morning from the time Daddy left for work...Mommy and I stayed warm inside as the pretty snow fell, but then it was time to go play after a nap and lunch!! This was my first opportunity to play in the snow...last year Mommy or Daddy just carried me in it. Except for a couple face plants, which I despised, the snow was pretty fun! Here are some pics of my little adventure...ending with a nice cup of warm milk...YUM!

Last weekend, our friend Megan took some awesome pics of our family and Mommy's pregnant belly. Just thought I'd share some of the amazing shots she got!

36 Weeks!

Here's a comparison of Mommy pregnant with me (taken on Sunday) at 36 weeks and a picture of Mommy pregnant with my big bro at 36 weeks. Any thoughts?

Also, Mommy had an appointment with her midwife yesterday. She is measuring at closer to 37 weeks, as she did with Dax. My heartrate was at 144 beats per minute for the 3rd time in a row. Mom was checked for dilation and she is between 1-2 cm. dilated at this point! We're getting close now!!!

Thanksgiving 2007

We hope that all of our family and friends had as wonderful of a Thanksgiving day as our family did! It was just the 3 of us, and we spent a cozy little day together. And YES...I had my PJs on all day long...I said it was cozy! :) We spent the day cooking together, playing, and lounging around. We started a new tradition this year too. Mommy helped me trace my hands and we all wrote down what we are thankful for...we're starting a Thanksgiving Scrapbook, so we can see each year what we're thankful for and to see how much my hands grow each year...next year my little bro or sis will get to have his or her hands traced too!

We started out the morning eating Beignets...yum!
