36 Weeks!

Here's a comparison of Mommy pregnant with me (taken on Sunday) at 36 weeks and a picture of Mommy pregnant with my big bro at 36 weeks. Any thoughts?

Also, Mommy had an appointment with her midwife yesterday. She is measuring at closer to 37 weeks, as she did with Dax. My heartrate was at 144 beats per minute for the 3rd time in a row. Mom was checked for dilation and she is between 1-2 cm. dilated at this point! We're getting close now!!!

Thanksgiving 2007

We hope that all of our family and friends had as wonderful of a Thanksgiving day as our family did! It was just the 3 of us, and we spent a cozy little day together. And YES...I had my PJs on all day long...I said it was cozy! :) We spent the day cooking together, playing, and lounging around. We started a new tradition this year too. Mommy helped me trace my hands and we all wrote down what we are thankful for...we're starting a Thanksgiving Scrapbook, so we can see each year what we're thankful for and to see how much my hands grow each year...next year my little bro or sis will get to have his or her hands traced too!

We started out the morning eating Beignets...yum!

Snow!

Hi All!! Greenbean II here...

Lincoln, Nebraska got its first dusting of snow today! With the snow and all the Christmas decorations beginning to go up, Mommy and Daddy are being reminded constantly of how close my arrival now is! Mommy is 35 weeks and 3 days into her pregnancy with me today!! So, I should be making my appearance within a month or so now, and I can't wait to meet all of my family and friends!

A Trip to Grand Island

This weekend, Mommy and I made the trip to Grand Island to see some friends, so Daddy could have some peace and quiet at the house to study for his GMAT (the test he needs to take to get into the MBA program at University of Nebraska-Lincoln).
We stayed at Trish and Regan's house and I also got to have a playdate and dinner date with my friend Jack! Everyone treated us so wonderfully, and we both had a great time even though we missed Daddy a lot!!

Here's Mommy at Tia Trish's baby shower on Friday. In this pic, Mommy is 33 weeks 5 days pregnant and Trish is 27 weeks 5 days pregnant. Trish doesn't know whether she and Regan are having a boy or girl either!

Happy Halloween!

Well, my 2nd Halloween was certainly an eventful one!! We don't even have pictures of it all. We (Mommy and I) started off our day by driving to Seward to go to a petting zoo and out to Chinese with our friends Jessica and Kate and Megan, Korben, and Eli. Unfortunately, Mommy's camera batteries were dead (surprise!), Megan had no memory card, and Jessica left her camera in the vehicle she didn't drive!

The rest of my day is documented in pictures since Mommy charged the camera battery as soon as we got home from Seward!!

One of the ladies even had a backdrop all set up for pictures! I wasn't so sure about standing in one place for more than a few seconds, especially when there were candies, cookies and crackers to go get. Mommy managed to snap one pic though!

I suppose you can help me out Daddy, but don't eat any of my goodies!
