32 Weeks!

Sunday, October 28th marked the 32nd week that I've been all cozied up inside my Mama's womb. Not much longer now everyone, and she's gonna have to share me with the rest of you! According to Mom's midwife, she is measuring right on for 32 weeks, although she feels like she's about 38!! My heartrate as of last visit was 144 beats per minute. I am also head down and ready to go! I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you soon!

Pre-Halloween Festivities!

On Thursday, we headed to the Lincoln Children's Museum for their Halloween Hurrah! This year, Mommy and Daddy got me a Jack o' Lantern costume. I got to trick or treat for all kinds of candy that Mommy says she'll share with my baby bro or sis! ;)

Here I am waiting in the long line to get into the museum...I'm not too sure about being in this costume, especially the hat!

Inside, I went straight for the balloons!!

Taking some time out from trick or treating to play!

Do I make a cute pumpkin or what?

Here's Mommy and my friend Kate's mommy, Jessica, with their Children's Museum stickers on their preggo bellies...silly mommies!! Mommy was 31 weeks 4 days and Jessica was 38 weeks 2 days in this picture.

Then on Friday, we headed to Boo at the Zoo. I got to trick or treat for even more candy there and see lots of people in all kinds of costumes!

We brought my jogging stroller so I didn't need to walk or be carried the whole time...we were all happy we did! I shared my stroller with my friend Kate on and off throughout the night

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

Could Mommy Be Nesting ALREADY?

This week Mommy has been busy cleaning the house and getting out all the baby stuff!

Climbing into and out of the container that held all the baby clothes was fun! We even found a new shirt for me that got packed away when it was too big!

Mama even scrubbed out the oven...so, I decided to climb into the oven drawer since it was empty and clean! Not sure if I was supposed to though. ;)

Lots of Fun Indoors!

We've had a lot of opportunities to spend time inside over the past week because of all the rain we've been having! We're so glad there are places in Lincoln that we can play even if it's rainy or cold!!

Fun on a Rainy Day!

It was pretty rainy and gloomy today, so we stuck around the house for the most part. Mommy and I decided to make playdough...here are the pics:

Measuring the salt while snacking on pretzels ;)

The finished product
It looked good to eat, but the first time I tasted it was the last! Yuck!

Playdough is lots of fun to play with!

The Beautiful Trees on Our Street

The trees on our street are turning lots of pretty colors. We thought we'd take a few pics to share the beauty with all of you...

Going for my First Combine Ride!!

Yesterday evening, we made a last minute trip out to our friends' farm for dinner and a ride in the combine! It was finally a nice cool fall day, so it was perfect for my first combine ride! My friend Kate's daddy, Matt, took us for a ride...I was a little unsure at first, but it was a lot of fun!

Here's the combine I got to ride in
Here I am on the combine, standing at the big window to look out

Look at the reel go round and round Mommy!

Bye-Bye Combine!

Thanks for the fun time Luebbe's!! Can't wait to do it again!

Another Pumpkin Patch Adventure

On Monday, October 8, Mommy and I joined the Lincoln Mommies group for a trip to Roca Berry Farm. We are loving all the opportunities that Fall brings!

Mom spots her first photo opp among all the pumpkins!

And she takes full advantage of it!

Just being silly!
Clapping along with the band that was playing around the corner

Okay, okay...so this trike was a bit big for me, but I still had fun in my attempts to ride it...maybe next year!

Making friends with the chickens

We stopped for some treats at the snack shack, but this guy didn't have anything to give me. Instead, Mommy and I shared a homemade donut and a bottle of water.

There were some BIG pumpkins out in the patch...a little too big for me to lift, but I did try!

Mommy and Me

Hmmmm, which one should we pick to take home?

I think I know!
I want this one!
Mommy did let me pick out all our pumpkins to take home...I got a big one, a medium sized one, and a baby one. Then I got to pick out two gourds. We added those to our collection from the first pumpkin patch trip!
So, Mommy isn't too sure this is accurate since there was a little slope that I couldn't balance on, but you get the idea! We'll assume I'm a bit over 2 feet this year.

Posing for another pic with Mommy
Touchdown! We're all ready to go home with our pumpkins!
