Being Thankful 2013

DAX

1. I love my mom and dad.

2. I'm thankful for having this party at Grammy and Gramps.

3. I'm thankful for Captain Underpants books.

4. I'm thankful for time to hang out with my family.

5. I'm thankful that we're alive.

6. I'm thankful for school.
7. I'm thankful that I got to see the people that fight for our country and make it nice and peaceful.
8.I'm thankful for camping out together in mom and dad's room.
9. I'm thankful for going to church.
10. I'm thankful for giving mom surprises.
11. I'm thankful for Dad and watching football games with him.
12. I'm thankful that I'm feeling better tonight.
13. I'm thankful for God because He created us and gives us a good life.
14. I'm thankful that it's almost Ian's birthday.
15. I'm thankful that God helped me with me math today. I didn't get any marks. I got it all right.
16. I'm thankful for being alive and that God made me.
17. I'm thankful for hanging out with Dad and watching football.
18. I'm thankful that God is always with me.
19. I'm thankful for Read-Well because it's fun!
20. I'm thankful for Kids' Club.

Thanks to a couple days off for Parent-Teacher Conferences, we got to enjoy a Fall adventure with friends! The colors are still so gorgeous in Portland!

We had the most perfect snowfall on New Year's Eve! Around here, we don't get a ton of snow, so when we do, we get out there fast because it doesn't stick around long!

Fall Fun!

 

Jude Turns 3!

And what a fun birthday it was...a trip to the zoo to see the monkeys and add a couple more monkey friends to my ever-growing collection, a waterpark visit with a half-dozen trips down the big water slide with mommy and daddy, a special experience building my own football monkey at Build-a-Bear Workshop, and a party with the fam including more fun presents and a delicious menu of chicken nuggets, mac n' cheese, and a banana-shaped cake and monkey cupcakes!
